No matter the paper is single authored or multi-authored, if you would like to have the paper published in the proceedings, you need to pay registration fee US$330 for each paper. 

In case the paper is multi-authored and more than one author would like to participate in the conference, each participant needs to make registration and pays the registration fee separately. 

The conference registration fee covers all conference sessions, one conference program, one conference proceedings in CD-ROM, coffee breaks, luncheons.

Unpaid manuscript will be treated as withdraw.

Cancellation Policy for the Conference

If we receive your written cancellation before 30th April 2013, the balance registration fee will be refunded after deducted administrative fee US$100.
There will be no refund for cancellations received after 30th April 2013.
